About EventEdIQ

We Built the Tools We Wished We Had.

We started EventEdIQ because we knew there had to be a better way.

After years working in events and associations, we'd experienced firsthand how much time talented professionals spend on manual, repetitive work. Building schedules, evaluating submissions, managing complex processes, pulling together data. Important work, certainly, but work that too often takes time away from strategy, innovation and the things that actually move an organization forward.

We also knew that good technology already existed. We weren't interested in building another platform to replace it. We wanted to tackle the gaps those systems leave behind, the problems that cost organizations real time, money and opportunity.

And we wanted to make those solutions available to as many organizations as possible, regardless of their existing technology or budget.

That's what EventEdIQ was built to do.

The Principles Behind Our Work

01

Less Busywork. More Meaningful Work.

People should spend more time on the decisions, relationships and ideas that drive results, not the repetitive tasks that consume their days. We use automation and intelligence to give teams more capacity for the work that matters.

02

Built by People Who've Been in the Weeds.

We know these challenges because we've lived them. EventEdIQ grew out of firsthand experience managing events, programs, processes and the technology behind them. We start with real problems, not technology looking for a purpose.

03

Fill the Gaps. Don't Reinvent the Wheel.

There's plenty of good technology already out there. But no platform does everything, and the gaps can be costly. We focus on making existing systems and processes work better, not asking organizations to start over.

04

Great Technology Should Be Within Reach.

We want to help as many organizations as possible. That means building solutions that work across platforms, are straightforward to adopt and don't require a massive technology budget. Powerful capabilities should be accessible, not exclusive.

Have a Gap Worth Solving?

We're always interested in hearing about the processes, decisions and challenges that take more time than they should. Let's talk about what might be possible.
